Collection: BRASSICA HANDMADE MEALS

Brassica Handmade is a range of ready meals prepared in our Bridport production kitchen, overseen by Chef Patron of Brassica Restaurant, Cass Titcombe.  All the produce; meat, fish & vegetables is sourced within 15 miles and always organic where possible.  We buy from small organic farms including Lower Hewood, Haye Farm and Springtail.  Staple ingredients is either direct from Europe or via Borough Market.  We exclusively use WildFarmed flour - a nutritious stone-milled grain that's grown through regenerative farming.
Meals are sold fresh, not frozen, although the majority of the range can be frozen at home.
All packaging is either reusable, compostable or recyclable.
