Slow-cooked organic beef shin from Haye Farm with red wine, pancetta & thyme.  Perfect with Pommes Dauphinoise

Ingredients: Organic West Country British beef, shallots, mushrooms, carrots, celery, organic bacon, tomato, red wine (sulphites), garlic, porcini mushroom, cornflour, thyme, bay, black pepper, salt.  

Allergens in bold. Handmade in the Brassica Forno kitchen where other allergens may be present.

Keep refrigerated.  Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and place in saucepan. Heat gently until piping hot throughout.

If freezing eat within one month. Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking instructions.
