Layers of thinly sliced roasted aubergine in a rich tomato sauce with plenty of Parmesan, mozzarella & basil. Perfect with a simple salad - pick up a bag of Springtail Organics mixed leaves from us.

Ingredients: Aubergines, tomato sauce (plum tomatoes, onions, celery, olive oil, wine, garlic, bay, basil, pepper, oregano, salt), mozzarella (milk), parmesan (milk), wheat breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. 

Suitable for vegetarians.

Keep refrigerated.  Cooking Instructions: Remove lid, place foil tin in 180c oven and cook for 15-20mins (500g) / 20-25mins (1500g) until golden & bubbling.

If freezing eat within one month. Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking instructions.
