Delicious vegetarian lasagne option using Westcombe ricotta and aged-Parmesan. Layers of pasta with fresh tomato sauce, spinach and cheese.

Ingredients: Pasta (wheat flour, egg, salt, rice flour), tomato sauce (plum tomatoes, onions, celery, olive oil, wine (sulphites), garlic, bay, basil, pepper, oregano, salt), ricotta (milk), spinach, cheese sauce (milk, cheddar (milk), parmesan (milk), butter (milk), wheat flour, nutmeg, salt, pepper). 

Allergens in bold. Handmade in the Brassica Forno kitchen where other allergens may be present.

Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Remove lid, place foil tin in 180c oven and cook for 25-30mins (600g) / 35-40mins (1800g) until golden & bubbling.

If freezing eat within one month. Defrost thoroughly then follow normal cooking instructions.
