Porcini & Potato Soup

Serves 2 600ml

Local porcini mushrooms sourced from West Dorset.  
Smooth yet rich soup, fantastic with our salty focaccia.

Ingredients: Potatoes, celeriac, leeks, onion, mushroom, porcini mushroom, olive oil, milk, butter (milk), garlic, vegetable bouillon containing celery and soya, sage, salt, pepper. 

Allergens in bold. Handmade in the Brassica Forno kitchen where other allergens may be present.

Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Remove from packaging and place in saucepan. Heat gently until piping hot throughout.
